The following Adirondack Deep Klean policies regarding cancellation, no shows to scheduled cleanings, and late payments will be effective for all services scheduled after Monday, January 8, 2024. These policies will apply to all new and existing clients of Adirondack Deep Klean. These policies will ensure that we are able to continue to ensure we deliver the high quality, dedicated, and dependable services that we have continued to provide since February 2023. CANCELLATION POLICY:
All scheduled cleanings must be canceled with AT LEAST forty-eight (48) hours prior notice to cleaning so that your cleaning spot can be filled. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the cleaning. Recurring customers will be given one (1) free cancellation.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Clients that do not communicate and are not available for a scheduled cleaning will be charged a minimum of $60 plus distance charge greater than 15 minutes radius from Glens Falls, NY for a first time no show fee. Additional no shows without prior communication will be charged the full amount of cleaning scheduled under the cancellation policy stated above. Further cleanings scheduled may be canceled.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY:
Unless prior arrangements have been made ALL payments are due at the time services are completed. There will be a $10 per day fee added on to all late payments.
